Stroke Support Group
This group is for stroke survivors and their caregivers.
Third Thursday of the month; 1:00 to 3:00pm

After Stroke – Sharing with Families Support Group
Stroke survivors will discuss what you can experience during stroke rehabilitation, available services and ways to make a smooth transition home.

Stroke Caregiver’s Meeting
Anyone caring for a stroke survivor can receive mutual support and encouragement.

Craniofacial and Plagiocephaly Clinic
A team of pediatric specialists will evaluate patients with craniofacial conditions and plagiocephaly. It is recommended that you contact your insurance provider for pre-approval; appointments are required.
